The most common reason for installing shower screens was to keep your bathroom and toilet common areas dry after a shower. Shower screens are becoming an increasingly important part of interior design due to homeowners’ increased expectations.
Glass is a safe, easy-to-clean and a top choice material nowadays for shower screens. This is because there are so many options available to cater to homeowners’ individual requirements.
Swing Type
Often, a swing or hinged door will consist of one large glass pane attached to a glass frame with several hinges.
Fold Type
As bi-fold doors are also known, foldable glass doors often consist of two or more panels that are attached vertically by hinges. Typically, glass panels are installed with top and bottom tracks allowing them to slide-fold. An aesthetically pleasing and modern top-hung installation is available.
Slide Type
An individual sliding door is usually built from two (sometimes three) pieces of glass. Two of the panels overlap each other, with one mounted to a top and bottom track that slides into the other.
An installation normally includes a track at the top and bottom to guide the sliding movement of the glass panels. For a more modern and aesthetically pleasing appearance, we also install top-hung only with hidden track installation.
Glass Panel
You can install a glass panel to divide your bathroom from the toilet and bath space with ease. One of its main purposes is to keep the toilet area dry.
